We are a local building and refurbishment firm working with homeowners, landlords and businesses across Greater Manchester.

NW Property Construction was built on a simple idea: getting quality building work should not be a headache. Too many people have a story about a job left half finished or a trade who stopped answering the phone. We set out to be the opposite of that.

Because we have all the main trades in house, we can take on a whole project from start to finish. Kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, plumbing, plastering, roofing and everything in between, all managed by one team you can actually get hold of.

Big job or small, you get the same straight advice, the same tidy work and the same care with the finish. That is just how we like to do things, and it is why so much of our work comes from repeat customers and recommendations.
